Replacements & Incorrect Orders
We really hate when we make mistakes, but we're only human and sometimes we mess up. So, if you ordered directly from our website and your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please accept our most humble apologies and contact us as soon as you receive the order so we can fix it.
Send us an email at email@example.com and please include the order number, product name and/or product number that was incorrect, and your contact information. We'll get back to you quickly to rectify the problem.
Obviously refunds can be done quickly, but If it's a replacement the standard processing time for all domestic replacements can be 1-2 weeks depending on stock.
If you're just not feeling a product and would like to return something, please contact us as soon as you receive the order. We accept returns for up to 30 days after the date of delivery. We do not provide return labels for returns and the cost of shipping the return items is at your expense.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including the order number, product you’d like to return, and your reason for returning the item. Only unused items will be accepted for a return. Refunds are issued within 2-3 business days after receipt of the return package.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us the same day of purchase. If the order was placed during non-business hours, please send an email to email@example.com
** Please note, that we ship our order within 1-2 days therefore if the order has already shipped we cannot cancel it.
